Terms and Conditions

  • Medical Disclaimer: A mandatory statement that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and that consumers should consult a healthcare professional before use. 
  • Product Use: A statement that products are to be used only in a lawful manner, and users must be aware of and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 
  • Order Acceptance & Cancellation: The seller's right to accept or decline any order for any reason, even after an order is placed, and to cancel orders due to inaccuracies, non-availability, or other issues. 
  • Price and Product Changes: The seller's ability to change product prices, discontinue products, or alter promotional offers without prior notice. 
  • Intellectual Property: Terms may include restrictions on reselling products or other usage not authorized by the seller. 
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: A clause specifying which jurisdiction's laws (e.g., India) will govern the agreement and any disputes, and which courts will handle such disputes. 
  • Authenticity & Returns: Guarantees that products are genuine but typically exclude responsibility for manufacturing defects or the condition of products sold by third-party sellers on the platform. 

Return and Refund Policy

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product: Returns are typically accepted if the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what was ordered. 
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including seals, labels, and barcode, and must be unopened. 
  • Time Limit: You must report the issue and initiate the return request within a short window, often 2-7 days, from the date of delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. 
  • Dispatch Timing: Some policies specify dispatch times based on the product's availability and the order's PIN code.


 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipment Area: Most policies state that shipments are restricted to domestic locations within the country, such as India. 
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery time can range from 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer's location. 
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹1000 or ₹1500, with a charge for orders below that threshold. 
  • COD Policy: A Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not Available. 


Dispute Resolution

  • Delivery Disputes: Customers should contact customer care immediately if an order is shown as delivered but not received. 
  • Limitations: Some policies state that courier partners may not be liable for investigation if contact is made beyond a certain timeframe (e.g., 24 hours) after the order is marked delivered.


General statement
We ship our wellness and supplement products to many countries worldwide. However, due to complex international regulations, all customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's specific import laws and restrictions. We cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from non-compliance.


International shipping process

  • Verification: Before ordering, please check that the supplements you are purchasing are permitted for import into your country. This includes checking for banned ingredients, import quantity limits, and personal use exemptions.
  • Documentation: We will complete all required shipping and customs documentation. This includes providing a detailed commercial invoice and the correct HS codes for your products.
  • Customs clearance: You are responsible for any customs delays, duties, taxes, or other fees levied by your country's customs authority. These costs are not included in your order total. Your shipment may be held or seized by customs if it does not comply with local regulations.


Common country restrictions (examples)

  • Australia: Supplements are often classified as 'complementary medicines' and limited to a 3-month supply for personal use. We advise checking with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) website for specific ingredient restrictions.
  • European Union & UK: Import regulations vary by country. The EU and UK have strict rules regarding ingredient composition, potency, and health claims. Personal import limits are often in place (e.g., 2kg).
  • Canada: Products must comply with Natural Health Product (NHP) regulations from Health Canada. Personal use imports are typically limited to a 90-day supply.


 Returns and refunds
"If your package is refused or seized by customs, we cannot offer a refund unless the package is safely returned to our warehouse in its original, unopened condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs, return fees, or other charges incurred."


Other Considerations

  • Damaged Goods: Some companies are not liable for products damaged during shipping and advise customers to contact the carrier. 
  • Fraudulent Activity: The company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or recall orders if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
